Dear Parents / Guardians

ADNI PRIMARY SCHOOL STUDENTS CCA – TAE KWAN DO & SWIMMING (P1,P2 & P3)

Co-curriculum is an integral part of Adni ‘s holistic education program.

Primary 1,2 & 3 students participation is made COMPULSORY to the above activities.

Details are as follows :-

1. TAE KWAN DO

Training Day :
Primary 1 Tuesday ( Starting 4 March 2008)
Primary 2 Thursday ( Starting 6 March 2008)

Primary 3 Friday ( Starting 7 March 2008)

Venue : Musolla As Shafie

Time : 3.00 pm – 4.30 pm

Course Fee : RM 315.00 per year ( Payable to the Adni office )

Annual Fee : RM 60.00

Uniform : RM 65.00

Tae Kwan Do Instructor

The course instructor En. RIDZWAN ABU HASSAN is a registered black belt instructor with the PERSATUAN TAE KWAN DO MALAYSIA (ITF) Contact no : hp 0192323332

2.SWIMMING
Training Day :
Every Monday (Boys) – Starting 17 March 2008
Every Wednesday (Girs) – Starting 5 March 2008
Venue : Ukay Perdana Club
Transportation : Provided to the Pool and back to school
Time : 3.00 pm – 5.30 pm
Course Fee : RM 350 per year ( Payable to the Adni office )

Attire : Swimming attire , goggles & kickboard
( decent and acceptable – covering top to bottom )

Labeling of child belongings.
Parents are requested to label our child / children belongings for easy identification. ( Uniform & belt , swimming attire-cap, google & kickboard )

Please provide some snacks & drinks for your child / children.

For parents that would like to fetch your child after swimming, you can do so at the pool in Ukay Perdana Club and inform the teachers on duty.
